She joined Lacoste as EVP of brand in July 2026. Garrido has presided over the Entertainment Jury at Cannes Lions and sits on the boards of Havas and Carmila. Delcourt came to it through her own consultancy, which has served more than 100 clients in fields from generative AI and cybersecurity to carbon reduction, healthtech, and IoT. Tessan, which makes augmented telemedicine devices for pharmacies, nurses, and communities, hired her as fractional CMO during a management transition. Her toolkit leans hands-on. She ran online and in-person gatherings of up to 5,000 attendees and served as a keynote speaker and certified press spokesperson. An earlier stint in developer relations had her hosting three technical webinars a month in three languages for the UK, Germany, and France. After Salesforce, Grasset founded AG Marketing, a boutique agency for startups and scale-ups, and spent seven months as interim head of global field marketing at Aircall. Partoo, an all-in-one local marketing platform, hired her as CMO in September 2024.
Rooms, Pipelines, and Brands
Few of these careers stayed in one lane. Agency creatives moved in-house, sales managers became product marketers, and brand managers ended up running insights and innovation practices. What ties the group together is a habit of proof. Leads, pipeline, market share, and revenue appear on nearly every record, next to rebrands and events built to bring customers into the room. That pairing of in-person reach and hard numbers serves companies selling complex technology well.
